For over 10 years Charles worked in the federal contract staffing arena providing healthcare and administrative support services to a number of federal clients. During his tenure he demonstrated success in managing, mentoring and inspiring teams to exceed performance expectations.
As a Real Estate Agent, he continues to provide results to his clients with a level of professionalism that exceeds expectations. Charles has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 and over the years Charles has helped numerous clients including first time home buyers, investors, and lenders (REO) navigate the process of purchasing and selling residential real estate. Charles brings several years of project management experience to the real estate process, ensuring that time tables and deliverables are met throughout your transaction.
Charles has extensive foreclosure experience that includes the listing of REO properties and assisting purchasers in acquisition of bank/lender owned properties. As an investor, Charles has purchased a number of residential REO properties, renovated, and disposed of them. Charles leverages his extensive personal real estate acquisition experiences along with extensive residential sales experience to assist his clients in achieving their goals. Whether this is selling/purchasing a personal residence or devising a buy/hold plan or quick turn strategy for a residential investment property.

Charles is a graduate of Florida A&M University and received a diploma in Residential Construction in 2003. He is married and in his spare time Charles enjoys photography and studying real estate investment.
