As a Realtor it’s not about me – it’s about my clients. It’s about LISTENING to my clients’ dreams, their concerns, their wants and needs when it comes to buying or selling a home. It’s a very human enterprise, powered these days significantly by use of IT, websites, and more. I think insight is fundamental, as are listening skills during negotiations, no matter how cool the tech side becomes.
The micro-targeted market research that I offer to my client sellers and buyers to locate great values tailored to how they view the best areas for them. It also underlies the successful negotiations I generate that are great deals whether buying or selling. Ultimately it is making the right bets on offers and counter offers that get terrific deals made.
I know well the variety of communities across NOVA, from Loudoun County to the Dulles Corridor, to Old Town Alexandria, and southerly to Lorton and Prince William.
